Stunning Chiffon A-line Gown with Racerback and High Slit
I loved my wedding dress and its gorgeous lace details! I always pictured myself wearing lace on my wedding day but dresses with long lace sleeves felt too restrictive when I tried them on.
The top is so detailed and lovely on its own while also looking great with a simple necklace. The lace back and button details were the real stars of the show and I got so many compliments on them! The dress has a flirty slit that stopped mid-thigh on me and isn't visible when standing still.
I'm 5'2" tall and I wore flat sneakers on my wedding day. The shoulder straps were initially too long for me so they were tucked over and hemmed. A skilled tailor could remove those stitches if you needed more length or room in the bust.
The train is 4 feet long, and although it was professionally cleaned, the very end of the train looks off-white instead of its original ivory. You'd want to have the train shortened a bit for a pristine look.
Finally, my tailor added an adorable bustle with three buttons (see photo). Bustling the dress was so fun and easy before the reception! I couldn't stand to have this dress languishing in my closet when it could be making another bride feel as beautiful as I did. I hope it's your perfect match!
